What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a vision and strategic direction for Epsilon's Vertical offerings
- Collaborate with Product Leaders and Clients to understand product use cases and impact
- Define product requirements and roadmaps, aligning with CPG strategy
- Mentor and manage a Vertical product team to nurture a client-driven product culture
- Maintain a current knowledge of the industry, competitors, and customers to enhance product capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep industry knowledge of Ad Tech media space and/or MarTech systems
- Minimum of 10 years proven managerial or supervisory experience
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking
- Proven experience managing and delivering product solutions to stakeholders
- BA/BS degree, advanced degree and/or MBA desirable
