      GEICO is amid an exciting transformation as a product and tech powered company. This is a unique opportunity to make a huge impact at very large scale. The GEICO product team is seeking a dynamic and visionary product leader with technical breadth and depth. We’re looking for a top-tier, Vice President of Product, Services. The Services team is a strategically important team with responsibility for driving best-in-class post-sales experience for our millions of customers and thousands of agent customer. This leader is passionate about deeply understanding the business and customer needs and building products that leverage AI/ML to enable a best-in-class customer and agent service platform and applications . Reporting directly to the Chief AI and Product Officer, this leader will work in close partnership with partners in business, engineering, design and all parts of the services team to deliver our vision of a great customer and agent experience.


      Position Responsibilities

      • Define and execute a product vision and strategy for GEICO’s Services Group in close partnership with our Services business and engineering teams. Partner with UX team to drive a stellar experience for our customers and agents.

      • Define the roadmap, business requirements, measures of success, and features for all products and services, and work with the engineering team to drive and deliver to market. Lead from the front – roll up your sleeves and be hands on with the product roadmap and requirements as needed.

      • Lead a team of Product Managers, with a focus on developing talent, hiring and retaining great talent, and ensuring the Product Service team is a great place to work.

      • Drive product innovation by identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth and improvement.

      • Become a recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.

      • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for product success, and adapt strategies as needed.

      • Serve as a respected advocate of the business and voice of the customer in the business, building and sustaining relationships with business stakeholders and representing your peers in senior level meetings.


      Qualifications

      • 15+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in product management or engineering, with a significant portion of the time leading product teams or demonstrating deep product acumen.

      • Proven track record of leading successful products that leverage AI/ML. Strong technical acumen and understanding of emerging disruptive technologies, like GenAI, Copilots, and AI Assistants.

      • Passionate about leading by inspiring, coaching and growing PMs and product teams to be exceptional at the art and science of product management. Your passion is building the culture and systems that enable fast execution, drive incredible outcomes and maintain high performance while driving a fun and collaborative culture.

      • Entrepreneurial drive with significant growth-stage startup experience or growth organizations within a larger company; General Manager mindset and willing to roll up sleeves with the team

      • Ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that motivates and inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals; ability to clearly communicate data insights to others.

      • A creative thinker who can generate and execute on innovative and possibly abstract product ideas and bringing them to clear and actionable solutions.

      • Skilled in providing analysis and estimation of the strategic and financial value of new products and features.


      Annual Salary

      $210,000.00 - $390,000.00

      The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
