What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Senior leadership team in developing strategic goals to enhance safety
- Collaborate with various departments to provide resources for internal and external customers
- Develop and integrate safety procedures into business operations
- Provide analysis and trending data to improve safety practices
- Develop and nurture corporate relationships with customers
- Coach and develop the Safety department
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience supporting technical roles for safety teams
- Experience in managing enterprise safety culture and programs
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Proven working knowledge of OSHA regulations

- Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing data to develop safety strategies
- Understanding of industry trends and ability to anticipate future trends
- Strong management experience and knowledge at a senior level
