Our Juris Banking team is seeking a Commercial Underwriter to be responsible for analyzing, structuring, underwriting and coordinating the closing of new loan requests and renewals for working capital lines of credit, term loans, formula-based lines of credit, and other Juris Banking lending products to law firms and related businesses. The Underwriter will work with the Relationship Manager to manage loans to ensure the credit risks are responsibly monitored and identified. This positions key responsibilities are to review the loan structure, financial spreads, entity structures, collateral, market data and reports to understand inherent risks and prepare credit actions. The Underwriter is responsible for assuring compliance with all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
