Drive Innovation: Design and implement a visionary technology strategy that advances digital learning platforms, technical architecture, and applications across Acelero, Inc.
Lead with Equity: Center race, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all stages of product and technology development.
Deliver Impact: Improve child outcomes and partner satisfaction by building scalable, user-friendly tools for educators, families, and children.
Build Systems: Evaluate and manage infrastructure while curating a centralized hub to link data trends and outcomes—ensuring we have one of the strongest early learning data systems in the country.
Advise Strategically: Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on strategic technology decisions that shape our mission and growth.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Build strong partnerships across the organization to support the delivery of a cohesive education technology roadmap.
Lead People & Teams: Supervise and develop the Manager of Technology Systems, Director of Data Systems, and Product Business Advisor, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
A strategic and inclusive technology leader with a Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s (preferred) in technology or a related field.
A seasoned innovator with at least 5 years of experience in product development within early childhood, K-12, or adult education.
A systems thinker with strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
A people-first leader who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about using technology to drive equity and opportunity.
