      Job Description:
      The Enterprise Payments Merchant Services team is seeking product manager to join a team of professionals responsible for developing point of sale solutions for Bank of Americas 3.2 Million small business customers. You will work on owning the client experience design for our Point of Sale clients. You will develop and execute multi-year product strategy roadmaps, plans and key projects. This will include working with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution on delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive client experience for merchants across our nationwide footprint.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Develop and own a multi-year product roadmap
      • Understand the competitive landscape and assess strategic opportunities and threats
      • Evaluate and incorporate client and associate feedback
      • Lead and manage cross functional teams throughout the various phases of a product launch
      • Collaborate with commercialization, marketing and sales enablement teammates to develop high quality Go-to-Market strategies and product positioning
      • Measure post product success metrics and develop improvement action plans when necessary
      • Remediate issues, bugs and other challenges with hardware and software development teams
      • Serve as a Point of Sale internal expert
      • Communicate and routinely engage with sales and marketing partners
      • Development of software requirements in concert with key internal stakeholders
      • Oversee user acceptance testing

      Required Skills:

      • Highly organized and motivated self-starter
      • Exceptional critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
      • Able to lead diverse cross functional teams including 3rd party partners to deliver together in a highly complex organization
      • Experiencing developing an evolving plan and set of recommendations with a strong focus on client centricity
      • Ability to make sound risk/reward decisions
      • Experience working through challenges independently and developing clear actionable plans
      • Knowledge and experience with Agile software development methodologies

      Desired Skills:

      • 5+ years of point-of-sale product experience
      • Experience with developing products for Small – Medium Sized Businesses
      • Understanding of payment flows between hardware and point-of-sale hardware
