- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies on a Global Scale: Create comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain providers, aligning with the overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a global team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Deeply Understand Key Audiences: Partner cross-functionally to conduct thorough market research. Establish a clear understanding of provider needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
- Go to market: Ensure successful in-market execution, strong demand generation, lead creation, qualification, customer engagement and retention
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Revenue, P roduct, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies and ensuring a cohesive approach.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events targeted at providers to drive engagement and awareness.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key providers, industry influencers, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the company's network.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-informed adjustments as needed.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the regulatory environment that may impact provider marketing strategies. Communication and Presentations: Effectively communicate marketing strategies, results, and plans to the executive team and other stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and the needs of providers.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the marketing team, collaborate with other departments, and drive initiatives forward.

As the Global Provider Lead, you are responsible for leading the full funnel marketing strategy for healthcare provider audiences: overseeing the development of a global audience strategy, from creation of successful campaigns and go-to-market strategy, through to delivery on business outcomes. A key indicator of your success will be how well the global marketing strategy translates to successful business outcomes – as measured by a Marketing Mix Model (MMM)

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:
$229,000.00 - $343,000.00 USD
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
