Citi Finance is responsible for the firm’s financial management and related controls. We manage and partner on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi’s compliance with financial rules and regulations. The team comprises chief financial officers who partner with each of our businesses and disciplines including controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury.
We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Risk Weighted Assets C13 - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Vice President Risk Weighted Assets C13) based in India. • This role will predominantly work on Credit RWA Analytics and Reporting.
• Support the exceptions monitoring, raising data concerns to Tech for a tactical and strategic fix, work with business and finance partners for a timely and a seamless ME close process
• Instill operational discipline into existing team processes.
• Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines & implementing controls
• Mentor and advise on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application within role and the business.
• Build and maintain a thorough understanding of related product reporting and analytics and utilize knowledge of systems and process flows to provide insight and recommendations on identified issues.
• Close partnership and collaboration with the wider Capital Controllers team on agenda impacting Credit RWAAs a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
• Global Project Management experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• 12+ years of experience in Financial Services preferred
• CA/MBA/CFA preferred OR Bachelors with specialization in Finance and AccountingWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
