      To deliver on our next stage of growth and in line with leading industry practice, we are establishing a more robust Office of the CEO – with an expanded remit focused on scaling our business and delivering growth programs. At Genpact, we are focusing the Office of the CEO on:

      · Driving Scale by leading the development of mission-critical infrastructure to support streamlined performance and accelerated decision making. This includes establishing best-in-class standards for how we operate and ensuring executional rigor in adhering to these standards.

      · Overseeing funding, execution and enablement of corporate strategic priorities and leading select strategic programs.

      · Supporting research and innovation in emerging topic areas, including leverage of new AI-First innovation centers, and playing an active role in shaping Genpact’s thought leadership agenda.

      · Driving internal governance and breaking down silos to facilitate coordination and collaboration across the company. The office of the CEO also ensures that the company adheres to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance.

      · Serving as an extension of the CEO, representing Genpact internally and externally (clients, partners, and events)

      · Facilitating the communication agenda of the CEO, including supporting direct client communications, external media communications and building the CEOs social media profile.

      · Enabling administrative support, particularly for the Board and interactions.

      As part of this team, the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for overseeing and managing the strategic initiatives and programs of the office of the CEO. The Vice President of Strategic Initiatives works closely with the Chief of Staff, the CEO, and other senior executives to define, plan, execute, and monitor the company's strategic goals and priorities. The Vice President also coordinates and communicates with various internal and external stakeholders, the functional leaders, the business units, the customers, and the partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.

      Responsibilities

      · Strategic Planning: Supporting the CEO and other senior executives in preparing and presenting the strategic plans, proposals, reports, and presentations to the board of directors and other audiences.

      · Initiative Development: Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.

      · Execution: Manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives and programs of the office of the CEO, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and objectives

      · Project Management: Oversee the budget, timeline, scope, quality, and risks of the strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

      · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and facilitate the cross-functional teams and working groups involved in the strategic initiatives and programs, providing guidance, direction, and support.

      · Stakeholder Management: Communicate and collaborate with the relevant internal and external stakeholders, building trust and rapport, and ensuring transparency and accountability.

      · Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of strategic initiatives.

      · Risk Management: Identifying and resolving any issues, challenges, or conflicts that may arise during the implementation of the strategic initiatives and programs, escalating them as needed

      · Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across the organization.

      · Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the progress of strategic initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities as well as impact of the initiatives using appropriate metrics and indicators.

      Qualifications we seek in you!

      Minimum Qualifications / Skills

      · Demonstration of a complete understanding of business operations which is usually represented through a master’s degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field.

      · A proven track record of leading and managing strategic initiatives and programs, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment which is usually represented by experience in similar roles.

      · A proven track record of delivering successful outcomes and achieving strategic goals and objectives.

      · Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.

      · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

      · A high level of initiative, creativity, and innovation, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.

      · A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

      · A passion for the company's mission, vision, and values, and a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

      · Experience in global professional services organization.

      The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200000 to $250000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
