      Corporate Strategy and Ventures Office is chartered to support the executive office in driving corporate initiatives, including near and long-term strategy, major cross-group decision making and ensuring cross-company alignment. To deliver to that mission, the team owns shaping, driving and synthesizing insights to directionally orient trends as well as long range strategic planning/visioning, cross company alignment and greenfield innovation. Communications are essential to drive alignment so there is a focus on communications, community, and acumen development. The team is committed to ensuring that Intel efforts are aligned to, and actively driving success toward the most impactful business strategies.

      Intel's Corporate Strategy Ventures Office (CSV) is seeking a trusted technical senior leader to partner with both the CSV's leadership team and Intel's top leadership to leverage Intel's unique position to capitalize as the entire world becomes digital with our depth and breadth of software, silicon and platforms, and packaging and process with at-scale manufacturing.

      The CSV VP of Technology Strategy will be responsible for:

      • Researching and evaluating new technological strategies, their implications, and potential outcomes in enabling the company's business needs
      • Providing reliable technical and contrarian assessments of potential corporate acquisitions, partnerships, and equity investments.
      • Operationalizing Intel's Strategy for sustained leadership by driving critical corporate strategy initiatives including CSDs, SLRP initiatives, task forces, and MRCs.
      • Oversee critical technical collaboration between Intel BUs/engineers and ICAP portfolio companies.
      • Partner with Intel Product Groups and functions to drive the product leadership agenda including IP/Product roadmap management, Product development process enhancement, and benchmarking.


      As a member of the CSV leadership team, this technology leader will be a critical partner in enabling Intel's strategy planning processes to achieve growth aspirations of 100B, while maximizing company performance and long-term shareholder value. The candidate should have the ability to influence top leaders and partners to construct integrated technical points-of-view that develop transformational strategic initiatives which ultimately drive the company towards its strategic objectives. The right candidate is a world class and proven strategic technologist with a passion for growth, shareholder value creation with unquestionable integrity.
      The ideal candidate brings a compelling track record of developing and implementing strategic and technical growth plans in a complex and high-growth business. This person will bring a breadth of technical knowledge, strategic planning, and transformation experiences, along with well-developed leadership skills. This leader needs to be a collaborative, customer obsessed, assertive and energetic technical leader who is passionate about creating value for the enterprise.

      • Innovative thinker, smart, sharp, and adept at understanding, integrating, and applying key ecosystem insights and considerations into robust strategic planning processes.
      • Previous working experience as a CTO-level or similar executive/senior technical leader role in driving technical strategic initiatives.
      • Market and technical insight. Industry experience and savvy in recognizing external market shifts and technological trends, translating them into competitive opportunities/threats, and mobilizing the technical community to act.
      • Creative thinker, influential collaborator, and diligent advocate who is credible with corporate executives and technologists.
      • Experienced leader of people, able to inspire and build followership. History of developing others, recruiting top talent, and getting them to collaborate as a high-functioning team.
      • Broad customer and industry acumen including demonstrating market-level influence through appearances at conferences, industry/standards, and academic forums.
      • Track record of performance impact, results, and outcomes.
      • Depth of professional expertise needed for the skills, scale, and complexity of the role.

      Qualifications:

      A Bachelor's degree in science or engineering is required, a aster's or PhD preferred.

      10+ years of leadership experience, inclusive of experience in a corporate or business unit strategy-related role.

      Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

      US, California:$999.00-$999,999.00

      S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

      Work Model for this Role

      This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
