Position Purpose:
Responsible for the strategy and execution of communications and change outcomes related to the successful execution of strategic initiatives in the transformation portfolio. Ensure leadership behaviors and culture are linked to all aspects of transformational change.
Develop strategy to support communications & change management activities (to include Health Plan and Product alignment and partnership) which drive and accelerate enterprise transformation efforts
Create change management strategy via a structured methodology, and lead change management activities across multiple functions linked to the transformational priorities
Support planning and implementation of transformation initiatives with maximum effectiveness by ensuring leadership buy-in, key stakeholder awareness, employee adoption and overall organizational readiness and effective execution; ensure sustained change
Work with project teams to integrate change management (including training development and deployment) activities into overall project plans
Assist in applying a structured approach to transition individuals, teams, and organizations from currentto desired state to achieve improved and sustainable business results
Drive leadership development, culture & collaboration across assigned portfolio, leveraging and scaling best practices aligned with enterprise strategic pillars and leadership behaviors in close partnership with the culture team and business leaders
Develop end-to-end communications and best practices to support transformational change across the organization
Focus on the people side of change related to changes to business processes, operating practices, systems and technology, culture, and organizational capabilities and effectiveness in partnership with enterprise HR partners
Strengthen collaboration and partnership across portfolio of functions; to include Health Plan and Product partners
Drive business results through inspirational leadership, empowering people to act with speed, agility, and accountability.
Education/Experience:
