What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Edit videos to maintain Lifeway's high quality standard and brand accuracy
- Collaborate with internal and external departments on various tasks and projects
- Maintain video editing rooms, systems, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Monitor and maintain production dates and budgets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's in Fine Arts - film, communications, or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years of video editor experience
- Advanced Editing Skills, yet adaptive learner of people, systems, processes, practices, and technology
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong judgment and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong background with Mac computers, software, creative plug-ins
- Strong Editing (Adobe Creative Suite), Color Correction (DaVinci Resolve), and Audio (Adobe, iZotope audio plug-ins) skills
- Motion Graphic Design (Adobe, Cinema4D, Maya)
- Audio Processing
- Understanding of common data storage practices
