What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the organization, ingest, and quality control of video episodes and social media assets
- Manage metadata standards and ensure compliance with partner requirements
- Coordinate the packaging, export, and delivery of video content to internal teams and syndication partners
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across video podcast projects
- Help define and refine media management workflows and implement best practices for file organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4–6+ years of experience in video operations, media asset management, or content distribution
- Deep understanding of media formats, transcoding, video specifications, and metadata schemas
- Experience managing syndication to platforms such as YouTube and social media
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Passion for sports and digital storytelling
