      Job Summary

      As a Video Producer in the CIB Video and Digital Marketing team, you will work closely with marketing, communications, and business partners to produce engaging video and audio content. You will manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with strategic marketing and business objectives. Your expertise in video storytelling and production will be crucial in driving the J.P. Morgan brand forward.       Job Responsibilities

      • Produce original video content for external platforms including jpmorgan.com, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and internal Intranet site.
      • Develop content ideas and produce videos leveraging internal and external resources, owning projects from start to finish.
      • Contribute to developing and executing distribution strategies.
      • Support podcast production, including editorial, audio production, and distribution
      • Support CIB Marketing team with video project timelines, budgets, and on-site production
      • Participate in meetings with senior business and client stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
      • Lead and manage the content approval process, including signoffs, contracts, and releases
      • Maintain production schedule documents and calendars, monitor content viewership, and curate viewing metrics
      • Maintain video database, legal and compliance documents, and ensure all content meets ADA compliance
      • Regularly review data insights and perform competitive analysis to develop new series, formats, and content types

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

      • 3+ years relevant experience working in media creating compelling video content (news, television, digital video, in-house creative team, creative agency)
      • Proven track record of producing video through all phases of production
      • Knowledge of video and audio formats and best practices for web & digital applications
      • Highly organized, creative, collaborative thinker with strong editorial judgment
      • Knowledge in production, non-linear editing, animation and audio edit/post software (Professional video and audio equipment, Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition), and multi-camera workflows
      • Knowledge of video rights and clearance issues
      • Strong time, organizational, project management, and relationship management skills with experience working with high-profile/senior stakeholders
      • Expertise in pre-production processes including storyboarding, pre-interviews, and vendor sourcing
      • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Mac systems
      • Ability to travel occasionally
