      What You’ll Be Doing:

      We're on the lookout for a Video Producer – a creatively charged and technically brilliant individual ready to bring the magic of Megaplex to life on screen. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you'll be the driving force behind our engaging video content, from the first spark of an idea to the final, polished masterpiece.

      Think big? So do we. You'll be diving into every aspect of video creation: dreaming up concepts, crafting compelling scripts, capturing the perfect shot with on-location filming and lighting, weaving it all together with professional editing, and ensuring it shines on all the right screens.

      How You'll Contribute:

      • Conceptualization and Scripting: Collaborate with the Video Creative Director and marketing team to develop innovative and effective video concepts aligned with promotional goals for movies, brand initiatives, food and concession sales, employee training, and other company needs. Will be responsible for writing engaging and on-brand scripts.
      • Pre-Production Planning: Able to organize and plan all aspects of video shoots, including equipment preparation, shot lists, props, etc.
      • Filming and Directing: Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and microphones to capture high-quality footage and audio. Ability to direct talent when applicable.
      • Post-Production Editing: Edit raw footage into polished and engaging final products, incorporating graphics, music, sound effects, and color correction as needed. Ensure timely delivery of completed videos.
      • Content Trafficking: Manage the process of delivering and scheduling completed video content to the appropriate screens at all Megaplex locations.
      • Brand Alignment: Understand and consistently reflect the Megaplex brand identity, mission, and values in all video content produced.
      • Collaboration: Work effectively with the Video Creative Director, marketing team, theater operations, and all other departments to ensure video projects align with overall company objectives.
      • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of video footage, graphics, and other production assets.

      What You’ll Need to Bring to the Show:

      • Proven experience 3-5 years as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong reel of completed video projects.
      • Proficiency in all aspects of video production, including concept development, scriptwriting, shooting (camera operation, lighting, audio), and editing.
      • Technical Proficiency: Maintain a strong understanding of current video production techniques and software: ability to use DaVinci Resolve, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
      • Knowledge of video codecs, formats, and delivery specifications for various platforms
      • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously, and keeping deadlines
