      Where is the Position?

      The position is located in Sondershausen, in Germany in Europe Central, in multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

      Which missions will you lead?

      As a Strategic Purchasing Project Manager, you will focus on increasing the material productivity - optimal use of materials. Your main missions will be:

      • Be involved in the organization and implementation of various projects (product changes, change of supplier, in- and outsourcing, further projects associated with material productivity)
      • Exchange with the international purchasing team
      • Strong collaboration with nearly all departments in a production site (Supply Chain planning, Finance, R&D, Quality, Assembly, Method and Maintenance)
      • Support in the search for potential savings in our production and with our suppliers (Mobility Studies, Cost Breakdown Analysis)
      • You will have the possibility to take over the resource planning

      What are the qualifications we are looking for?

      Education: Master’s degree in Procurement/Business/Economics or related field

      Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Procurement or project management in related field (internship/apprenticeship included).

      Skills:

      • Knowledge in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
      • Microsoft Office esp. - Advanced Excel skills / Knowledge of Tableau
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Organizational skills
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

      Requested languages : English & German full professional capacity.

      Personal abilities or skills:

      • Attention to detail and accuracy and strong organizational skill
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
      • Commercial mindset, seek to give advice, and dare to challenge
      • Team player with the ability to work independently.
