Violation Processor

As a Violation Processor, you’ll play a critical role in managing high-volume vehicle-related violations. Your attention to detail and accuracy will support the integrity of payment processing, dispute resolution, and compliance efforts in a regulated operations environment.Key Responsibilities
• Process electronic and paper violation documents with speed and accuracy
• Manage payment workflows, research disputes, and ensure timely resolution
• Perform audits and reconcile violation data for accuracy and completeness
• Enter, verify, and maintain violation information in internal systems
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties regarding dispute outcomesMinimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in data entry, processing, or customer service role
• Basic proficiency with computers and data systems
• Demonstrated accuracy, dependability, and time management skillsCore Tools & Systems
• Document imaging software
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Internal CMS/processing platforms
• Online dispute resolution tools
• Secure payment systemsPreferred Skills
• Experience in high-volume transaction environments
• Familiarity with vehicle documentation or administrative review processes
