      The role

      We are seeking friendly, outgoing people to join our growing team of customer service agents. You will supporting one of our biggest clients, speaking to customers daily via inbound calls. You will be responsible for resolving queries or problems, and also matching our customers to the best deals to suit them for TV, broadband and phone.

      If you’ve had experience in a customer service focused role, whether that be retail, sales, hospitality (restaurants, bars or hotels), care, office work or even warehouses, then you have the right skills! If you’ve never had experience in customer service before, don’t worry, our fantastic training and management teams will be on hand to support you every step of the way.
