      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Provide virtual tutoring sessions to homeless students in English/Language Arts and Math

      - Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student learning
      - Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Valid Ohio Certificate/License
      - Ability to instruct English/Language Arts and Math
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Reliable internet connection and technology for virtual tutoring sessions
      - Flexibility to adapt to student needs and schedules

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Previous experience in tutoring or teaching
      - Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and tools
      - Experience working with homeless or at-risk students
      - Knowledge of additional subject areas beyond English/Language Arts and Math
