What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming and place outbound calls to assist existing customers with technical questions
- Troubleshoot ADT products and services to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of ADT products and services during installations
- Collaborate with local ADT offices to schedule service appointments and system maintenance
- Address various technical issues related to ADT products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Minimum of one (1) year of technical customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college credits, degree preferred
- At least 10 mbps broadband internet connection with the ability to hardwire via ethernet

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a technical customer service role
- Familiarity with Alarm.com, Alarmnet.com, and other relevant applications
