What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming and make outbound calls to assist customers with technical questions
- Troubleshoot ADT products and services to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of ADT products and services during installations
- Coordinate with local ADT offices to schedule service appointments
- Address various technical issues such as communication failures, offline systems, and programming issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Minimum of one year of technical customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college credits; degree preferred
- At least 10 mbps broadband internet connection with the ability to hardwire via ethernet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical customer service role
- Familiarity with Alarm.com, Alarmnet.com, and other relevant systems
