      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Extract vaccine information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and perform scheduling and tracking tasks for lab work, immunizations, and referrals
      - Assist with Telehealth registration and triage, providing education and preparation for procedures related to referrals
      - Obtain pre-certification authorization codes for diagnostic procedures and accurately schedule patients with internal providers
      - Enter and update patient demographic information accurately and in a timely manner
      - Provide backup coverage for site patient-centered representatives as needed and greet patients and visitors professionally

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical setting
      - Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
      - Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately and effectively with patients
      - Bilingual is desired but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
      - Familiarity with Telehealth processes and procedures
      - Knowledge of pre-certification authorization for diagnostic procedures
