Job Description

- Communicate empathetically with customers and help them through their claim process in a fast, fair, and easy manner
- Efficiently write or review accurate estimates and supplements based on virtual inspections through the Quick Foto Claims process. There is potential to develop and progress into additional workstreams such as waivers, virtual assist, tech review, and total loss.
- Review, reconcile, and negotiate with repair facilities, customers, and claimants
- Use data and analytics to problem solve and contribute to team goals by sharing ideas and opinions
- As a condition of employment, you are expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets
- All required licenses will need to be obtained within 60 days of hire
- You must maintain all licensing required for your role. This includes any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal
- A dedicated workspace that is private and free from distractions
- A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up
- Appropriate work surface and seating
- A technology bundle that includes all equipment needed to perform your work from office or home (laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse)
- Connectivity reimbursement of $80 per month to offset some of the cost of internet
- You have a high school diploma/GED or higher
- 6+ months of Auto Damage Estimating in a body shop setting in CCCOne, Mitchell, and/or Audatex software platforms (required)
- You have moderate to advanced computer skills
- You value providing an effortless customer service experience, previous customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills and ability to problem solve
- Prior experience having to learn new systems and software and/or demonstrate the technical aptitude to learn new systems and software
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Known for clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
- Being bilingual and/or having prior military experience is a plus
- Prior insurance claims experience is a plus but not required

Compensation offered for this role is $52,500 - $65,200 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
