What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work in a Team Environment with our Virtual Estimating Team
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring that public relations are maintained at all times
- Efficiently write accurate estimates based on photos and videos meeting production guidelines
- Complete, review and reconcile supplemental repair estimates
- Review and negotiate estimates with customers and or repair facilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Related claims experience or a thorough knowledge of automobile parts and repair techniques, terminology and vehicle construction
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Obtaining Appraisal Licenses required for certain states
