What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively determine service needs and suggest appropriate services to customers
- Engage customers with financial transactions via two-way video conference
- Cash checks, receive deposits, issue receipts, and place holds on accounts
- Sell or refer Bank services to customers and potential customers
- Assist customers with loan payments and check orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking information systems
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and meet referral goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of arithmetic and applications specific to the position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Communications, or relevant field
- Banking or retail sales experience
