What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Swiftly respond to client inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
- Resolve client service inquiries and issues right from the first call
- Educate clients on the products and services offered
- Identify and escalate any issues impacting the client experience
- Utilize strong computer skills and multitasking abilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services industry
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of banking products and services
