What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform advanced teller duties including account maintenance, deposits, withdrawals, and mobile deposit resets
- Communicate with clients via teleconferencing technology
- Cross-sell products and services while referring clients to appropriate departments
- Submit monthly tracking reports and attend regular training sessions
- Provide support to managers and complete assigned research projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the internet, mobile apps, and software platforms
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- High school diploma or equivalent education
