What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive suitable products and services
- Build and deepen client relationships using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach

- Collaborate with Specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs
- Proactively identify and prevent potential client issues while promoting self-service options for account access

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Banker or in a similar financial services role with proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Strong knowledge of financial planning tools and adherence to banking policies and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for this role
