      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage client banking relationships through an advice-based approach
      - Acquire and deepen client relationships using a value-added, relationship-oriented strategy

      - Connect customers to specialists for assistance with specialized financial needs
      - Proactively prevent issues for clients while promoting self-service options for account access

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ year of experience in banking or equivalent in financial services, with proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation
      - High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
      - Strong financial planning skills and adherence to banking policies and regulations
      - Commitment to a long-term career with the organization and strong team orientation
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
