What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise on behavioral issues
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide analytic interpretations of results
- Provide direct behavioral treatment and skills coaching to clients
- Participate in on-call rotation for behavior-related issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Ability to read, comprehend, and present information effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized training in applied behavior principles, including plan implementation and data collection
- Experience with crisis management procedures
- Familiarity with the requirements of Specialty Intermediate Care Clinics
