What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in the principles and practices of Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations of results
- Provide direct behavioral treatment to clients, including skills training and crisis de-escalation
- Participate in on-call rotation for behavior-related issues and monitor restraint use
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) to address behavioral issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)
- Minimum two years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
- Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information in various settings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis management procedures
- Familiarity with Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Additional certifications or training related to behavioral health services
- Previous involvement in interdisciplinary team collaborations
- Strong computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
