What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide analytic interpretations of results
- Design and monitor behavior plans, ensuring effective implementation
- Provide direct behavioral treatment through various training methods and crisis de-escalation
- Participate in relevant committees and on-call rotations for behavior issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum of two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized training and/or experience in applied behavior principles
- Experience working within interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of crisis management procedures
- Familiarity with data entry and documentation standards
