  Virtual Block Specialist I:
  
  Responsibilities:
  - Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process sold units, and verify/enter lights
  - Work with auctioneer virtually to ensure accurate representation of vehicle information
  - Verify vehicle run order to ensure correct vehicles are sold
  - Operate monitor virtually and review Simulcast bids with auctioneer
  - Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support auctioneer
  
  Qualifications:
  Minimum:
  - High School Diploma or equivalent required
  - Valid Driver's License required
  - Effective communication skills required
  - Good problem-solving and organizational skills required
  - Ability to remain focused and composed during fast-paced sale-day activities
  
  Preferred:
  - 6 months - 1 year of clerical, office, and/or customer service work experience preferred, including ten-key and computer data entry
  
  Physical Requirements:
  - Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear
  - Ability to lift 1-10 pounds
  - Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  
  Work Environment:
  - Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions
