      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to address the needs of patients served
      - Facilitate communication among supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and other stakeholders regarding individual progress
      - Provide a monthly schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor work advancement
      - Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
      - Maintain accurate clinical records to ensure information is accessible to relevant parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience in behavioral intervention or strong educational background in learning and developmental psychology
      - Reliable transportation
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - State-specific requirements, including relevant licensure or degrees as outlined for Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia, California, Virginia, and Texas

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing positive behavioral supports, including writing behavior support plans and conducting functional assessments
      - Advanced degrees in human-related fields, such as psychology or counseling
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or related certification
      - Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
      - Experience organizing and conducting training for staff on behavioral interventions
