      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
      - Communicate progress between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians
      - Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis
      - Ensure effective implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan
      - Maintain strong clinical records and act as a liaison with the public and mental health community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations
      - Experience with behavioral intervention and/or strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology
      - Reliable transportation
      - Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
      - State-specific qualifications as outlined for various states (e.g., BCBA, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or relevant master’s degree)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis
      - Experience in writing behavioral support plans and conducting functional assessments
      - Additional certification or licenses relevant to behavioral health services
      - Familiarity with training materials and program improvement procedures
      - Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration
