What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer calls and make reservations
- Handle customer inquiries
- Manage and resolve customer issues
- Provide customers with flight, route, and pricing information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior airline reservations system experience preferred
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable Internet service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish or Japanese
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
