      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contact
      - Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
      - Manage and schedule appointments on behalf of the company
      - Accurately take and relay messages to the appropriate individual
      - Maintain and update client databases while handling basic administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Exceptional phone and listening skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in basic data entry and filing tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems
      - Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse clientele
      - Experience with client database management
