What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Welcome incoming patients to the virtual experience and assist with check-in procedures
- Answer patient questions and provide support to ensure comfort before visits
- Resolve questions and issues, escalating complex matters as necessary
- Facilitate communication between patients and technical staff to ensure smooth visits
- Verify insurance information and assist with co-pay collection

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in medical office administration or customer service in a clinical field
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with basic computer knowledge
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Experience with Epic systems
- Knowledge of insurance processes
