What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate patient flow by reviewing records, assisting with consent, and supporting virtual health visits
- Provide technical support to patients and caregivers for navigating virtual health services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure successful connections for virtual care
- Communicate pertinent information regarding upcoming visits and ensure productivity standards are met
- Perform proactive outreach to patients and caregivers to offer technical assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field providing customer service or patient care support
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or applicable Military Training, or experience as an Onc Tech or Pharm Tech
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple healthcare-related systems (e.g., Capstone, Cerner, Soarian, Virtual Health platform)
- Experience with calendaring and appointment scheduling for virtual care

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and/or technology support
- Familiarity with an outpatient clinic setting
- Knowledge of Capstone for appointment modification and scheduling
