What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate patient flow by reviewing records, assisting with consent, and managing virtual health visits
- Prepare and maintain registration information for virtual care patients
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for patients using virtual health services
- Communicate effectively with patients and caregivers to ensure successful navigation of virtual platforms
- Perform outbound calls to provide proactive technical assistance and follow up on inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field providing customer service or patient care support
- Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or applicable Military Training
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple health-related systems (e.g., Capstone, Cerner, Soarian)
- Proficiency in calendaring and appointment management for virtual care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and/or technology support
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting
- Familiarity with Capstone for appointment modification and scheduling
