      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate patient flow by reviewing records, assisting with patient consent, and coordinating virtual health visits
      - Provide technical support to patients and caregivers, ensuring successful connections to virtual care services
      - Troubleshoot and assist patients with technical challenges related to virtual health platforms
      - Communicate pertinent information and ensure productivity standards are met in accordance with organizational protocols
      - Perform outbound calls to patients for proactive technical support and follow up on inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a related field providing customer service or patient care support
      - Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program or applicable Military Training; experience as an Oncology Technician or Pharmacy Technician is also accepted
      - Ability to learn and use multiple health-related systems, including Capstone and virtual health platforms
      - Strong technical skills to assist others with troubleshooting and system support

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare technology support
      - Familiarity with outpatient clinic settings
      - Knowledge of Capstone, including appointment modification and scheduling
