      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Greet and welcome patients and their families in a professional and courteous manner
      - Register and schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed
      - Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, relaying messages between patients and clinical staff
      - Maintain patient records, including cancellations and rescheduling of appointments
      - Provide general administrative support, ensuring a neat and organized lobby area and supply management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
      - At least 18 months of front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software required for Level 2
      - Minimum of 5 years of front medical office receptionist experience required for Senior level
      - Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying the position

      - Knowledge of the practice’s personnel and daily routines
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
