      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Professionally greet and welcome patients and their families, ensuring a courteous experience
      - Schedule and register patient appointments efficiently, updating necessary information in the system
      - Answer and direct incoming calls, relaying messages between patients and clinical staff
      - Maintain a neat and orderly lobby area while managing patient forms and documentation
      - Adhere to confidentiality and compliance regulations regarding patient records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel) required
      - At least 18 months of front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software required for Level 2
      - Minimum of 5 years of front medical office receptionist experience required for Level Sr
      - Must successfully complete required e-learning courses within 90 days of occupying the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of personnel, daily routines, and scheduling specific to the practice is a plus
      - Previous experience working in a patient-centered healthcare environment
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
