What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the conception, programming, and upkeep of Peacock’s linear and video-on-demand virtual channels
- Manage daily schedules for channels on Peacock and partner platforms
- Review and recommend television and film content from the Peacock catalog
- Gather performance data and derive insights to optimize programming lineups
- Collaborate closely with creative and technical partners to troubleshoot challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience with streaming media operations; film/TV program scheduling experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including OneDrive and SharePoint) and data measurement tools such as Tableau/PAVO
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a streaming media operations role preferred
- A passion for television and movies
- General understanding of content publishing operations for a streaming service
- Demonstrable ability to manage an ever-changing content pipeline 7 days a week
