What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, online chat, and social media channels
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize the client relationship management system to support clients
- Resolve issues and communicate with store locations and corporate partners
- Develop positive relationships with team members and provide support for customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Exceptional client centricity and communication skills
- Confidence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technological fluency and typing skills
- Ability to remain calm and collected under high pressure
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury goods/fashion environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in multiple languages may be helpful
