What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High School education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, CRM, and call center operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in financial services industry
- Additional software skills beyond basic requirements
