What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized service to guests by anticipating their needs and preferences
- Coordinate guest requests for special arrangements or services efficiently
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and Zingles, providing information about the hotel and nearby venues
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities to assist guests effectively
- Complete pre-arrival calls, follow-up calls, and respond to guest requests promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous guest service or hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and periods of high demand
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous switchboard operator experience
- Previous five-star guest service training
- Fluent in a secondary language
