      Responsibilities:

      - Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and in a timely manner
      - Utilize communication scripts to effectively handle various topics
      - Identify customer needs, clarify information, and research and provide solutions or alternatives to issues
      - Seize opportunities to upsell products
      - Build strong relationships with customers and go the extra mile to engage them

      Requirements and skills:

      - Previous experience in a customer support role
      - Track record of exceeding quota
      - Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening abilities
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
      - Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different personality types
