What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate, manage, and assess the project creation process for VBC Studio
- Design, implement, and manage BIM project coordination workflow, including manuals, templates, and standards
- Assist in developing and managing process solutions to enhance technology efficiency
- Support and audit project teams, ensuring compliance with BIM processes
- Interface with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to streamline workflow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Construction, or a professional degree in Architecture; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Construction
- BIM proficiency required, along with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360 experience
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and highly organized approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with D&E Contracts
- Experience with generative design software such as Dynamo and Grasshopper
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
