What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Use design and modeling software to support requests during the pursuit and award of heavy civil construction projects
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers, engineers, BIM Modelers, architects, and clients
- Determine the proper elements and scale for construction sites
- Gather and analyze data on costs, materials, and labor
- Meet deadlines consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related fields preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of BIM modeling and Autodesk Revit software
- Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Trimble Business Center
- Knowledge of earthwork takeoff and AMG integration software
- Knowledge of Bentley and Civil 3D drafting software
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans
- Keen attention to detail
